Saturday and after hours mediation Hourly Rate: $200
Minimum Fee for Saturday and after hours sessions: $800
A minimum deposit of $200.00 should be paid forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled mediation.
All parties are expected to meet with their attorneys (if applicable) to prepare for mediation by discussing best and worst courtroom outcomes of all issues including support, visitation and property division.
In addition, parties should each arrive with their tax return for the past two calendar years, a minimum of two payroll check summaries detailing pay and deductions, a current household budget and a future household budget if any changes are anticipated.
Attorneys are asked to provide an itemization of all stipulations, copies of pertinent pleadings and printouts of at least two different scenarios of possible support using the computer generated system currently used by the court system. It is also helpful for each party to provide a summary of issues.
Parties not represented by counsel can anticipate a slightly higher fee than average due to the fact that sessions tend to exceed the normal length. Individuals without counsel may mediate disputes, but it is necessary to discuss this with the mediator prior to the session.
Co-mediation sessions with team mediators are available upon request.
